- Can make good money if you hit quota - Senior Management team has a plan (CEO)

Cons

Middle management is a joke. ——- was my manager and constantly bullied and harassed his team memberss. They demoted him and moved him but still can’t build the case to fire him. Left for a different division and the manager was better but still the most toxic office environment I have ever been in. If you don’t have a college degree and bully people, you shouldn’t be a manager. Plain and simple. Left the company 10x happier.

Great environment and culture, great training and support

Cons

Pay is not competative compared to employers with similar positions. False expectations as far as work load, much higher than expected. Current employees are over worked and leaving because of this.

- Low pay compared to the rest of the industry - Overworked, client lists for most HRG's are well over "average" client count - Pressure from management to maintain metrics, yet limit the amount of overtime that can be taken. - Given high work loads, it's difficult to take time off without falling behind
