      Great training was offered.

      I had the unfortunate experience of working with some of the most unethical group of people I have ever worked with. There was a complete lack of integrity, ethics and overall goodness for the sake of the business owner. "Get the sale no matter what." If it doesn't make sense for the company sign them up anyway. Customer Service? No. That does not exist.

      Pros

      Overall it's a great company to work for. Benefits are super affordable, time off builds up nicely and for the most part it's a great place to work. But just like any company, the experience can vary from team to team. I have been fortunate enough to be on several great teams and have several great managers. But I know of others that have not had the same experience. Obviously this is a service company so you have to enjoy helping the client and getting their issues taken care of, or know who can. Is the customer always right, no, of course not, but you do what you can and when you can't help them you are usually able to tell them why. You almost always have the support of your management to do what needs to be done go get them taken care of. If you enjoy customer service this is a good place to be.

      Cons

      Pay is lagging behind the competition....for being such a large company and in the great financial position it's in....continual 3% increases are disappointing.

      there were no Pros, Management was terrible

      Cons

      Compensation was low, Management was awful, long term employees were treated poorly and passed up for promotions for cheaper options with less experience
