Pros

paid training, that's about it.

Cons

deceptive management, cult mentality, dishonest pay, limited product poorly installed. This was the worst job I have ever held, manageent lies non stop about the product and your potential to earn. Commission isn't paid out fully or fairly, even those who claim to be top paid aren't making what they say. Everyone is holding on to a false promise of a reward that never comes, most have invested so much into it they are afraid to leave. This is a manipulative and careless company that mostly hires naive, inexperienced young men to create a fake frat environment to push hard sales, but no one is actually making any money. They will lie about the products, their income, your potential, and whatever else it takes to get you to go in and outwait customers to buy. there is no sales method, just not leaving until you wear people down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS.

Pros

Other than being employed during the recession, not really any positives. I was embarrassed to tell people that I worked there . Leaving that job was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Cons

For all the uninformed people on here: All or at least most of these "positive" reviews are written by some of the more gullible employees that work at Power. They have a PR guy who goes around to employees of the call center and asks employees to go on social media sites and write positive reviews about the company, and also about how "great" it is to work there. It is despicable, but for someone who worked at that miserable place for 2+ years, this is normal practice. This is why so many quality people leave this company, and now they target uneducated people who will drink the cool-aid. Stay far, far away from this place and their wall st wannabe CEO.

Pros

You can use the mornings to interview for real jobs before knocking doors all day. 90% of people here quit within the first 4-7 months

Cons

You're knocking on doors in neighborhoods that half the time do not need a 3-4 hour double the priced quote after someone knocking on your door gets all your info. Even after you cancel they'll call you constantly. 90% of the of the people knocking on doors are paycheck to paycheck, working in all the elements. Its predatory and only the most narcissistic people stay or the ones so desperate they can't get a call back from anywhere else after college. This place is an absolute joke. I was fired when they found out i was applying for other jobs and now i have a real job and am happy making real money. Don't waste your time here with their false promises and meetings twice a week to pump you up with nonsense about knocking doors like a chump
