Pros

I guess the (possible, *ALWAYS* just "possible") pay, if you're willing to sell your sense of human dignity

Cons

A bunch of frat boys with business degrees. You'll be made fake promises from the start, made to work at your expense (gas, time, family, your sanity), and eventually tossed out like trash when they arbitrarily decide you're not profitable enough or don't buy into their absolute stereotype of a "corporate culture". Also, if you haven't figured it out by now, they force current employees to write positive reviews so they can use those to also lie about "what a great company we are!". "See? Look at our Glassdoor page! It couldn't POSSIBLY be absolutely padded with bull(snot) reviews that we made our employees do (under duress?)" Don't buy their nonsense. Find another option, DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB TO TAKE THIS ONE!!!!!!

Pros

They will hire literally anybody. Anybody.

Cons

Day after day= Show up at office for 11:00am pep rally. Often asked to show up earlier for "team camps". 12 pm get in you assigned van with 5-6 other guys and stop for lunch and to take dumps before getting dropped off in a random neighborhood. 1pm-6:30 is walking up and down a street knocking on every door to tell someone their windows and siding are falling apart with the most BS cringey script coming from 20-30 yr olds that have likely never hammered a nail. Saying were finishing up at their neighbors house and giving a free estimate on windows and siding. If you can pressure someone to take an estimate, you then have to get them on the phone with your call center to commit to a cpl hour sales presentation... what they call an estimate....the dispatcher then asks the homeowner 5 mins of personal questions that no one in their right mind would answer over the phone. Then get in your van and get back to the office at 7. Repeat. Mon-fri, and every other Saturday. Rain, snow, blizzard, extreme heat advisory... guess what, you're knocking. 99% of people you encounter will have already talked to Power and know you're script as well as you will, and will probably be less than happy to see you. Cops have been called on us hundreds of times for soliciting. Goal is 4x set appointments a day for a 75$ bonus and, you make a 200$ bonus if a salesman delivers their 2.5 hr sales pitch 5x times in a week. If they get kicked out before they deliver their whole pitch, no credit. Lots of culty kool-aid being drank here by a large workforce of unskilled, naive, happy go lucky people. There are 5% that seem to succeed and make ends meet with their bonuses and knocking, but the turnover rate is ridiculous. Weekly 5 new hires is not a good sign... Good luck but I'd personally rather work construction, or retail and mowing lawns on the side. Don't fall for their compensation claims. And if you have any sort of degree steer clear, you can do much better and will regret this route.

Pros

The team here is absolutely incredible. Everyone is really cool and they regularly get together outside of work. The management does a fantastic job with regular training sessions and keeping everyone motivated. The work culture is unlike anywhere I've ever worked. Benefits are great and the potential for growth is there. Product you're selling is top notch and I will likely use it on my home when the time comes, but only once someone knocks on my door :)

Cons

With zero disrespect to anyone at the company, this is not a job for college graduates. This is door to door sales. These are retail hours, meaning you work weekends. This is not easy. You will not be making $100K a year in this market. The average outbound marketer in Denver will pull in between $30-45K a year and that is not easy to do. You walk in rain, snow, hail, and bad winds. You're soliciting in "NO SOLICITING" areas. The sales pitch is extremely cheesy and most home owners can see through the "free estimate".
