Pros

Working at Power has truly changed my life. I was in a rut at my previous job as a sales rep for a building maintenance supply company. It was a true dead end job with no opportunity for advancement. Then my friend told me about Power, and I decided to take a chance. It was the best decision I have ever made. I new from the initial interview that this was going to be my new home. The atmosphere in the office was energizing and gave me a feeling of pride to be able to have an opportunity to be a part of it. I had been in sales for the past 13 years but have never been with a company where all the other reps cared so much about helping one another and taking time out of their day, and their family to help one another. Power has truly mastered the foundation for what will be the most successful remodeling company in the country with in the next year or so. I am so glad to be apart of Power, I sit wit 2-3 homeowners a day and have an opportunity to help change their life's in the most unique way, with certified installs and life time guarantees on everything we do, I can ensure the home owner that if we are lucky enough to earn their business at any point that the end result will be amazing for them. Their is no better feeling in the world then to be able to help someone and ensure 100% satisfaction in and industry (home improvement) that has a 70% complaint rate. If you are looking to help change peoples life's and be compensated along the way then maybe Power could be the place for you too!!!

Cons

Currently we are only in 9 states and all 50 states can benefit from having a Power office. It will create amazing job opportunities, and allow homeowners everywhere to trust the home improvement industry again.

Pros

The pay is almost decent.

Cons

Terrible company. They treat their employees like disposable trash. They tell you that you can advance and grow in the company, but the fact is no matter how great you're doing they will not move you up. They call it marketing but really its just door to door ( that's not marketing btw). They tell you all this money you can make but in retrospect they are constantly changing how the pay structure works. They do mass firings about every 3 months(20-40 ppl). O yes and the worst of all when you apply to for other jobs employers see this and scoff at it. One last thing the CEO Corey something else, He actually talks trash to his employees in front of a whole crowd so everyone can here him.
