Pros

If you are a hard worker but like to play hard also, this is the company for you. There is unlimited earning potential, and opportunity for growth in every single department. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like a valued employee. Management invests in you, and continuously works with you to hone your skills and aptitude. I am encouraged to ask questions, ask for help or shadow other employees who are successful. Accomplishments are always celebrated; I have never before worked at a company that surprises me with a pizza for my hard work. In addition: the company takes everyone to Mexico for the holiday party. Try beating that.

Cons

You do have to work every other weekend, but it is only a quickie five hour shift (and, it keeps you ahead of your goals)!

Pros

The pros are almost endless. I was in sales so I can speak more in depth there but the entire office (both sales and marketing) have a family feel like no other company. Companies will preach culture to try to sell you on work environment. All I can say is that you dont know about "real" culture unless you've worked here. I can promise you that no other company cares more about your success than power does. If you are determined to improve your sales skills and make more money than you ever thought you could, there is seriously no better place to work. I no longer work there but i assure you its not because i didn't love the job or didnt love my co-workers. In fact, I met some of my life long friends at Power. Working at Power was hands down the best career move I've made. I would encourage anyone out there that has a desire to be great, willing to work for unlimited financial success, and wants to know that they are doing great things and helping so many people, interview with Power Home Remodeling Group. It will be the best career move you can make.

Cons

When it comes to cons its really all about the individual. The most common complaint Ive heard was working nights. In my opinion this was a lazy mans complaint. You dont work every night so you have plenty off. I want to be clear...this is a job for individuals that are willing to work hard to make more money than anyone they know. You work the same amount of hours in a week if not less than people with 9-5 jobs.
