Company is a SCAM! What a Joke...

Pros

Will hire ANYONE at ALL TIMES -- So if you're really desperate for a temp. job, apply now. The job itself, "Knocking on doors" isn't all that bad. The bad part, is WHO you're knocking on doors for. Good product but so overpriced it doesn't make sense.

Cons

Where do I begin!? This may be the biggest scam I have ever come across. This company doesn't install anything themselves, they sub everything out. They tell homeowners that they do in their 3 hour long sales pitch. The Life Time Warranty is a scam. They purposely take months- I've heard over a year to respond to warranty issues! THEY TROLL FOR SUCKERS -- PHRG is selling roofs that are supposed to cost 10k for 25k!! They wait until the right sucker decides to sign that sheet -- that's just me ranting about the company.. Let's talk about how bad they treat employees. If you're a marketer, they work you to the bone. I'm sure your cheerleader, aka VP is telling you how much money you can make on bonuses. Let's just say, DEMOS are a SCAM. They give you demos when they choose to give you demos. If you drink enough of the Power Juice, you might get some. If you're discouraged about the job and need a boost, you might get some. No one is actually getting what they deserve. You'll never make close to the amount of money they tell you and they are keeping all of the profits from these high, lucrative sales. The amount of corruption that is occurring with PHRG makes me want to vomit.

Pros

Power has made a true impact on my life. It has given me financial freedom and has developed me into the person I am today. The upper management, and the executives care about each of the employees. You do not have a employee number there, you have a name. They want you to succeed in the company, and they will push you to get you there. The office is a great atmosphere, everyone is willing to help.

Cons

The work/life ratio will take some time getting used to. It is long hours, that are unusual hours as well. The company is very willing to give you time off too. The training process is not a walk in the park. It requires hard work, but if you put a lot into it you will be successful.

Pros

Training was really thorough and they put you in a position to succeed right away. Earning potential is incredible if you put in the work and have the right attitude. Company treats you like a member of the family (FREE TRIP TO CANCUN!) and co-workers all get along very well. Veterans are always willing to help and everyone wants to see you succeed. Upper management (CEO, CSO, etc) is visual and vocal throughout the office, they take time to meet and genuinely care about all employees no matter how small.

Cons

Training is tough - long hours and a ton to learn, but once you have it down you will be successful. Hours in general are untraditional (nights) but you get used to it. A lot of driving involved but they do their best to keep it to a minimum.
