I have never experienced anything like it. Complete waste of time on all fronts. My time and their time as well. If they would have called the job Door to door sales or at least presented it that way in the phone conversations, then the interview wouldn't have been necessary. 3 month training = indefinite Door to door sales, with the hope of promotion at some point.

They drug test.. but if you fail.... you only get a warning you still keep your job. The Majority of people who do well in this environment lie to customers cheat the system and praise following the rules.... dont get me wrong you can do the right thing and make $$ but you are the exception. During my two years of working here... drug deals in the parking lot were standard.. (Melville NY area) Management was aggressive and was very confrontational if standards weren't met often making fun of employees in front of the staff and trying to embarrass them.
