For me, this created unnecessary stress and slowed down my work. - In my view, brand leadership didn’t seem to consistently prioritize the brand’s stated values, especially around supporting the happiness and well-being of employees. - In my observation, rules within the department seemed to be applied differently depending on the person or situation, particularly around WFH guidelines. - Overall, I don’t feel the experience enriched me professionally or personally. Looking back, the role wasn’t a good fit for me, and I regret taking it.

Employees are encouraged to promote that this is the absolute best place to work! Such lies. There is zero work life balance. This is not a sustainable career for the majority of people. Turnover is very high. You could be a good sales rep for a certain period of time, but get treated horribly if your sales numbers are down. The products and services sold are so overpriced to pay for the end of the year company party in Mexico. You work very hard off all year to be rewarded with one party in Cancun.
