Pros

Met some cool people. A few connections I would use in the future.

Cons

The turnover is huge (even though they won’t tell you.) There is no upward opportunity min the company (even though they tell you differently.) It’s a cult.

Pros

Pay...pay pay pay pay (5 word minimum)

Cons

CEO, Asher Somethingorother, is quoted saying that Power HRG doesn’t believe in work-life balance...rather, “work-life integration”...what modern business doesn’t advertise “GREAT work-life balance”? So Say bye bye to any relationship you want to keep separate from work. Then of course there’s working 6 days a week. Let that sink in...6 days. When your hired you don’t care but after awhile it takes its toll...my only day off (Sunday) doesn’t feel like it cause the sunday scary stress hits you as soon as you wake up. Very tough to actually re charge. Then They expect you to be recharging when you’re not running your appt...but for me the anxiety caused from not knowing when my phone is going to ring to go to an appointment makes that nearly impossible. That unknown piece is the silent killer imo. very difficult to plan around Days off are hardly “accepted” Told untrue statistics during the interview process. Turnover is much much higher than they say. Avg salary is skewed by the few, heavy hitting reps(me being one of them...I’m not a salesperson who just didn’t have it in this industry and is taking it out on them via Glassdoor-they nominated me for this hahahahahaha) I’d Ask what the median salary is, rather than avg/mean, if you’re interviewing. There’s Many more but if you’re cool with alienating yourself from friends and family, Power is a great fit for you. To me Power just trains you, drains you, then either they dispose of you, or you quit.
