Pros
- High growth potential, not just in upward mobility, but with opportunities for innovation and the ability to make suggestions and see them come to fruition, even if they are outside of your department
- Takes the time to listen to feedback, both positive and negative, and works to make improvements, no company is going to be perfect, but it is nice to see that they make an effort to continuously improve upon themselves
- Laid back environment, casual dress for your day dress code, people are easy to get along with and friendly, you don't feel like the new person for more than 3 days

Not so much a con, but this is a high growth environment, so it is not uncommon to work above a 40 hour work week as the company continues to grow
