This company is a mess. From the top down there is petty infighting, gigantic egos, no clear direction, and the only true vision for the company is to make as much money as possible for the handful of people at the top.
With that much dysfunction in the C-suite, it’s no wonder that the culture is extremely toxic. People are on edge all the time, and the worst perpetrators get promoted to leadership roles because of their personal relationships with C-suite, not their ability to manage (which doesn’t exist). Personal vendettas and cutting as many corners as possible to maximize profit rule over doing things well and the right way. They also beg new hires for positive reviews on here so there is some obvious inflation.
There are so many better places to work. Don’t waste your time or sanity here.
