Pros
Co-workers and the actual worker bees are amazing to work with.
Cons
The CEO acts like a child if he does not get his way. He does not care about making sound business decisions that will benefit clients, he only develops things that HE likes. He will actively lie to clients about available functionality. He will make large business decisions against the advice of qualified individuals then blame it on them when it turns out to be a $100,000 mistake. He fires anyone at the drop of the hat and constantly has a list of people that he wants fired. He gloats that he can do anyone's job in the company better than them. When he doesn't feel someone is performing at what HIS interpretation of the role is, he will call them into his office and degrade their very existence on this planet for an hour. He has anger management issues and makes hiring and firing decisions out of fits of rage. Honestly, he openly despises that he even needs any staff at all and cannot magically make things happen on his own. Associates are expected to do five other roles outside of the role they were hired for and then scolded and eventually fired when they're not able to do everything at once. The CEO will also keep a log of when every employee arrives at the office, what vehicle they drive, and when they depart for the day. He walks around the office at 6 pm every night and congratulates associates for putting the company before their home life. The expectation is that if you are not making personal sacrifices, you are not working hard enough for HIM. The misogyny and s*xism that occurs in this company is profound. All women are eventually demoted or fired. Women will often find themselves the only woman in the room and the men will make sure to laugh, scoff, and speak over women at any opportunity. Your voice will never be heard or valued.
