I absolutely love working for this company. The top pro for me is having autonomy to work on projects and complete things at your own speed. At my prior company, my supervisor was always breathing down my neck if I wasn't working every single second of my shift in addition to doing OT. Pulley really provides the flexibility and support for employees to do their best work. They provide great benefits and pay. Additionally, the company's culture is amazing and I am really honored to work for this fast growing company, which values quality of output more than quantity. The company has the best work/life balance I've ever experienced at a startup.

This team is raw talent; everyone is smart, scrappy and ready to lend a hand to push projects through.
