Pros

Sales ops - I can basically get Solutions to do my job while I collect the check. Pay - not bad, especially with a good patch

Cons

Culture - the most toxic environment I've ever worked in Leadership - no clue what they are doing, especially in light of the SL buy out Sales ops - I am not sure what is happening but the support structure around sales seems to be crumbling. I've heard it's a leader in NorAM who just sucks the energy out of every room and every person and she should be fired but not sure what's going on

Pros

The vision of experience management is inspiring. Some departments are high performing.

Cons

It's disappointing that Qualtrics continues to have honest reviews about the state of the customer success department removed from Glassdoor. CS leadership does not keep their promises or meet their own deadlines. The volume of work required for CSMs continues to rise while every promise made to ensure that the workload is manageable has fallen through. We are constantly being asked to do more with rapidly disappearing resources. Our autonomy is being drastically limited. Most of us are actively looking for new roles, including recent hires. Qualtrics is a very sales-dominated organization. The vision of the possible is prioritized over reality. The solution is constantly being repackaged and repositioned to hide the fact that we are selling very basic software. Our positioning is so convoluted at this point that Forrester couldn't figure out what we actually offer. If you enjoy a lack of autonomy, lack of resources, and monumentally low employee morale (we significantly underperform compared to our own employee experience benchmarks) then Qualtrics is the place for you.

While we may not like every review left, we recognize that they're left by an individual reflecting on their own experience. That said, employers cannot remove reviews. Employers can request that Glassdoor audit any reviews that contain things such as a gross violation of insider information policies, trolling, or personally identifiable information for example, but those requests are strictly limited and only Glassdoor can remove a review that is in violation.

Pros

If you play the game above all else, you’ll go far. It’s a company built on hype and facades

Cons

1. Recognition isn’t about impact, it’s about who you know and how visible you are 2. Significant hype culture. I’m all for loving where you work, but this is next level. Qualtrics tries to be everything that it isn’t 3. Leaders communicate at you like you’re a child, there is zero transparency and zero action based on feedback 4. The org structure is bloated and unnecessarily complex. Lots of duplication of roles across the organisation, causing friction between teams 5. Tries to operate like a start-up (i.e. be scrappy, but not in a good way), but also has the world’s most complex processes Summary - it’s certainly not a destination workplace
