Pros

The people you work with are genuinely good people and fun to work with and spend time with. Compensation is competitive, if not towards the higher end.

Cons

This is not a tech company. There is nothing innovative being built or anything revolutionary about the product. It’s purely a sales and marketing company led by the boys club in Provo. Decisions are made - and changed regularly- by the leadership and inputs from rank and file ignored. The reality is that the business is a bubble ripe for popping. It’s a survey company that the leadership has sold its customers on a vision they can’t execute on. (Even SAP bought into this before realizing the truth and selling the company) Once the company gets you in with competitive pay, don’t expect any significant increases. Promotions are hard to come by - a tedious and embarrassing process that makes you beg to your colleagues for recommendations when you want a promotion. Once you get it - the compensation increase is normally < 5%. Management gives lip service to employee experience, but really has very little respect for employees. Employees are replaceable and looked down upon. The weekly TGIT company meetings are really just pep rallies and sales pitches.

Pros

- amazing people - great location - perks - opportunities

Cons

When I started working at Qualtrics I was very happy. I was learning, making new friends and I felt like I was a part of building something special. Over time things changed. Opportunities I was told about were just an empty promises. Which is very disappointing. I think it's better to tell people the truth and find the best solution then lie and hope for the best. My manager didn't had enough experience to manage the team, therefore most of my team mates left before I did. It's sad how management always blames the people who left ( they were not a good fit, they didn't work hard etc) while communicating leavers to the team.

Pros

Great product (the best I would say, even if competition is insane) pre-IPO company, friendly atmosphere, There are some very good and smart people in the organisation. The best office location you can hope. The top EU leaders are good people and smart leaders

Cons

Connect yourself with the reality and give some autonomy to EU!! - 20% of the EU sales team (entreprise or dublin based) are reaching their quotas, which leads to a day to day "Qualtrics bashing". - No Marketing at all : a cold call strategy. You have the feeling to be paid to harass people. US lears mentionned once : " We are a cold call organisation" - Pricing is out of reality. Way to expensive - Delivery is very painful, services are expensive and badly managed. The philosophy is "sell them software, then... we don't care". - Disastrous middle management. They know nothing. They are under pressure all the time by the US and run everywhere asking staff to do more calls. A Joke.
