Pros

-Amazing product. Best in class offering for tech -Fantastic customers. Working with amazing companies -CEO Ryan Smith is truly top notch -Most executive staff are talented and care for the growth of the company.

Cons

-Serious issues to the current sales structure at this time -Realignment of territories last year has created a huge problem for the sales floor. -If you have been an AE with the company for a while you are set with your book of business. Good luck if you come to the floor today

Pros

The company offers great benefits alongside great work conditions, and the colleagues are very friendly. There is a dynamic social hub, and a lot of events are organised. The product is outstanding.

Cons

The European management team has a lot of room for improvement. There is no personal development for AE, and the management only cares about numbers on Salesforce. People are leaving the company every week due to the pressure from the management team.

Pros

Culture, coworkers, swag, work ethic, benefits, technology, products. Fast-paced, sexy tech atmosphere. State of art software (both selling and using).

Cons

Original reps have all the 'brand name' accounts which are constantly producing for them and their quarterly quotas. They are in a great spot. The rest of sales are calling linen, manufacturing, trucking, grocery, and no name companies that don't really have market research, VoC, or Customer Experience teams, or budgets for Q's relatively expensive products. Tough to consistently hit quotas when prospecting these types of companies.
