Pros

They go through all the criteria you need to know and make sure nothing is left out. Everyone is very kind and pleasant to work with. Management is awesome as well and does everything they can do to work with you. Overall is an awesome work place.

Cons

Management a few years ago was not the best, everyone dreaded being at work. However the past year since new management I can’t think of any cons.

Pros

The people I work with and for and some of the greatest people I've ever met. I was able to move up in the company within 6 months of my start date. Of course, working from home is a huge bonus and gives me peace of mind.

Cons

The work can kind of be inconsistent so it isn't always guaranteed that the position will be a perfect match. The pay could be better, especially with the times changing, they are falling behind a bit.
