30 minute breaks. no help from the higher ups. will get ignored and or fired for asking too many questions during training. poor company to. would not recommend. high stress level

Everything else, from "Training" to Management. I was training people while I was in training. People where always coming to me with questions, why? I'm not the Manager, that's right. I had no clue who the chain of command was either. Stay away from this company, extremely unprofessional. Poor training, created to set you up to fail no matter what. I was so uncertain about so many things with this job, no transparency, Trainer hated working with people and was only chosen as a Trainer after her first week of work. The "Supervisors" used intimidation and their lack of ability to do their job to make it look like you were not doing your job! To whoever is reading this, you are worth more than that! Wish I would have believed their star rating instead of thinking they would be a great company! Sorry I wasted my time with them, Would not use them as a reference either.
