Pros

They hire almost anyone with a pulse, and they talk a good talk.

Cons

They micromanage employees you have to log out and use unpaid time to go to the bathroom! There is no goals that are set or reviews that are given you are shooting in the dark when it comes to performance. If you want to progress and get a raise good luck! If they mess up and lose a client you lose a job or they stick you somewhere else without regard to your needs it's all about them. Their equipment is ancient and barely works and getting IT to fix that is an uphill battle for sure. If your not part of the old boys network you are not going anywhere and can be disposed of without thought
