Everything else. Pay is just above minimum. Insurance is almost nonexistent. No pro no vacation

Pros

The people I work with are full of personality and life. The management is hands down the best I've ever had. They are personable, approachable, honest, and genuinely care about me personally. Having leaders who see me as a coworker rather than a pawn for their own gain is why I don't dread my Mondays.

Cons

Mediocre benefits and no PTO are probably the big ones. They also require the best from everyone, which can be overwhelming (yet, what kind of company would want to cater to slackers anyway).
