Pros

It can be really fun to go to work if you sometimes

Cons

- The majority of management doesn't know how to work the systems, so they are completely useless when you ask questions. - Management doesn't seem to have set schedules for when they work - Managers & Trainers just leave work, for no reason, whenever they want and usually don't bother coming back that day. - Lack of authority figures - Lack of professionalism

Pros

Having the chance to get attached to fellow coworkers. There are really no pros involving this company in my opinion.

Cons

No pto, no sick time, no vacation time is offered either. Pay isn't the greatest for what you have to put up with and they don't take feedback seriously. Company will drop you without a thought and for no reason or they will give you a fake story to cover themselves. The company itself is fake to you and will make you feel safe with your position and then drop you. It's like pulling teeth to get time off as well.the company is a joke and I'm not at all sure how anything is properly ran. I would no recommend working here at all. Also you have so many drug users working there and even I've seen selling happening there. It was brought to management attention and they did nothing. Medical sucks and they have no 401k or anything to really offer their employees management themselves call the company a second chance company so if you have any felonies or anything you can almost guarantee to get hired there but once again it's not even worth it in my opinion.

Pros

They really care about their employees and give opportunities to grow within the organization. On top of that, if a campaign goes away, they will make sure you have a home on another account. They have fun incentive programs and Taco Tuesdays! I really love the fact that they make sure it feels like a community with a fun atmosphere. I've worked at other call centers and they feel so detached and make me feel like a number in a sea of numbers.

Cons

They don't give away free cars in their Ticket 2 Rock program.
