Pros

The executive team there is pretty spot on, they work with you on all aspects of project management and like to be involved in the hiring/training and review process. They were always available to help if I ever needed anything

Cons

Depending on the project there could be high turnover with entry level agents

Pros

you make decent money, some earn commission, not me but whatever, and some of the people are the absolute best, and you just sit quite frequently

Cons

make sure you check your pay stubs, you have to clock out for breaks, but at least not the restroom anymore. supervisors at least on my campaign won't help you much and forget about them taking a bad call for you
