Poor Management

Pros

The best thing about this job is that they're always hiring and they are incredibly flexible with scheduling. Being a full time student I had to change my schedule with them each semester to which they were fully able to conform to my schedule.

Cons

The issue here is that they will literally hire ANYONE. And the management is just very poorly trained and is not based on actual ability to lead a team, but mostly off of sucking up to higher ups.

Pros

I was able to experience and learn a number of skills that have proved to be useful at other job opportunities. I found that the front line employees were for the most part great to work with, and in my estimation very generous individuals. I think some people will find some of the hiring practices very liberal, and I know that ROI is open to hiring known sex offenders, and have promoted some to leadership positions.

Cons

You must expect to be under paid for the work required of you, and any commission will not be stellar. The vast majority of your managers are under qualified for their role, and will more than likely make your job much harder than is necessary due to their incompetence. Expect that front line employees will receive the brunt of any complaint, and that scapegoating is a company policy

Stay away from ROI, go to Walmart.

Pros

Some of the people are pleasant to worknwith. Honestly there are not many good things to say about roi. Fixed schedule us good.

Cons

Pay is bad, the supervisor on GSM and men's warehouse is not willing to work with you unless your his buddy, the health benefits suck, supervisors are power hungry kids in adult bodies, if a project ends your out of a job, they will fire you if you look at them wrong, they are a horrid company with no growth, no money to change the sign on the building from ssi to roi. Go work at Walmart not roi, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ROI RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
