Work From Home granting leaves for personal space such as Birthdays, Health Day etc.

Cons

Micro level management with tools. This profile required on call customer support. Have to work based on Calabrio tool provided times and breaks. Frequently changes in policies. Earlier we have 1 hr of lunch break now they have reduced it 30 min which is not good . Hikes are skipped naming it based on Merit Cycle. Slow growth opportunities, Less increments, always its like risky job never know when the layoffs will happen all of sudden without any reason.
