      Pros

      It's a job, which is marginally better than being unemployed, for now.

      Cons

      They've been acquired by a private equity firm that outright says they are only interested in the profit they can turn until they flip the company. The cutting has begun, you work here at your own risk.

      Good experience, learn about new tech, and people are cool

      Cons

      Management is the worst. Everyone blames each other and every group avoids working across teams. Everyone has blinders on and believe their team is better than the next. They have software managers that never written software. This is why no new tech has come from Rackspace since Openstack.

      - work/life balance - onsite meals - casual dress code - some of the leaders and peers on teams

      Cons

      - unbelievable attrition, HR has no answer for the problem - lack of strategic direction from senior leaders - pay - ratings and reviews are a joke, mostly due to poor leaders - identity crisis for the company (see lack of strategic direction) - inability to attract and retain top talent; I remember a time when recruiting was ahead of the demand and we were winning - no accountability for senior leaders, they are recycled
