Cons

Software Engineers get paid great, mediocre pay for everyone else. No room for promotions or career growth in most positions. Leadership team lacks leadership ability.

- Amazing co-workers, in generally all employees are quite collaborative and help you in wathever they can - Clubs: football, running (official), basket or padel (informal) - Cofee free, canting, tickets restaurant and other social benefits

Cons

- There are people who work for a long time ago and had too much weight in taking decissions - Clear internal communication problem - Lack of Careers promotion Plans - Sometimes is more important attending to eventsand waste time to be visible for others tah carry out work and be professional
