The benefits and pay are fair, but are a little behind in some areas. The company does support the balance of life.

Cons

Seems to be a good ol'e boys club- its about who you know or who you are related too. I busted my tail for close to 3 years with no pay raise, but great reviews; however the selected few managed pay raises and promotions.
