Pros
They made it very easy to work from home, and have a wide variety of perks, benefits etc.
Cons
Almost no guidance, or training programs except for some generic workplace management/culture type videos. They threw me into the job expecting me to know how to work all their programs, access databases etc. I owe it to my coworker for helping me out at the beginning. Then the company took a dive in their profits and decided to terminate me and various other employees with no prior warning. The organization as a whole, and their processes are very disorganized and progress was slow. No type of progression (Eng 1, 2 etc).
