It’s a job. Many people retire from Ruskin with 20+ years.

Cons

Underpay the staff It’s about who you know, and not how well you do your job. Former CEO Tom Edwards took millions to retire only to join the board of a competitor and come for certain Ruskin employees and customers..? Classy!
