Some good products and a handful of good people

Cons

This company is a mess once you get in. Job descriptions wrong, no match to what you applied for. Enormous turnover. 70% and counting. My manger did not turn up to work for my first day or my first 3 one to one meetings. Only interested in what I put on my sales report. Commission plan changed 3 times in 2 months. Political and territorial. Management only interested in reporting. I only ever asked one question in my time and was asked to sort it out myself. Never bothered again.

Management stifles any incentive to work hard

Pros

- Many perks including lunch card (taxable income) and gym on site - Other coworkers are often nice people

Cons

- Culture of complacency - Management is on aggressive delivery schedule and that trickles down to employees, however, compensation and employee treatment is not nearly at a level where employees feel like they will be rewarded for working hard - Salary is comparatively low in relation to similar companies - No room for growth, either career-wise or salary-wise. Starting salary is reasonable, but does not grow very much down the line (think logarithmic growth)
