      Pros

      Really good technology stack with promise

      Cons

      Treats customers very badly. 40% of revenue comes from compliance issues and all clients are constantly being audited. All clients hate SAP and the company has a stated goal of 20% employee turnover.

      Good pay and good benefits (just b/c it's from global)

      Cons

      - Politics and Inequity - Blame culture - Very strong the command and control management and involve to everything they can => No Trust - No dedicated team - Failing to listen or only perfunctorily listening to complaints and suggestions ==> One-Way Communication and poor decision making - Withholding information - Very poor management skill and leadership
