Pros

I've met some of the nicest people that are unfortunately still there. The office spaces are nice with lots of space as they continue to reduce the size of the workforce.

Cons

In my opinion, the company has very weak leadership that have extremely narrow scope focused on saving the company. Job security is none existent. Hired and fired people on a constant basis. Morale is really low across the organization.

Pros

Good work flexibility, able to work from home. Nobody is watching you so can often leave early.

Cons

Terrible management who don't know what they are doing. Managers are not trained properly to lead teams and lack the experience and talent to help drive Stephen Kelly's vision for the company. Nothing ever gets done.

It is critical not only for colleagues and the business that we have fantastic people leaders, hence earlier this year we designed and rolled out the Leading@Sage programme which all our people leaders have to undertake. Approximately a third of leaders have started the programme where they are trained in high performance, One Sage and how to thrive as a leader in the first 'License to Lead' modules. This is a huge investment in our managers and shows we are dedicated to make each and every manager the best leader.
