Horrible onboarding training, lack of communication from management, micro management, quotas are unrealistic, company culture--- never saw it

Cons

Management is forcing Support Engineers to return to office two days a week. Very little progression within EMEA nor the ability to move diagonally. Company is too US focused in terms of having the opportunities there and very little in EMEA apart from roles which have a European language. For such a big company, very little done from company to foster team spirit such as no Christmas or Summer parties. Not much scope for increase of pay and with a tierless model implemented in support, this is a way to pay Support Engineers less than what they previously merited. Management is looking to streamline without paying severance so is trying to make life hard for Support Engineers so they leave on own accord.
