Pros

I used to have nothing but amazing things to say about SE. but I no longer believe they care about their people. I really truely believes this was the one company that treated us like humans. But the unpaid holidays the cut salaries the knee jerk decisions to hurt their people and put them in rough financial situations to prevent it from hitting their bottom line. All while doing better during the pandemic than we were before, is disgusting!

Cons

Cuts jobs cuts salaries and stops paying holidays all to keep themselves richer! Then mandating medical decisions and forcing people with legitimate medical reasons to disclose their conditions/diagnosis for an HR “barely professional” to review it and make a decision on it. Telling everyone they will be terminated if they don’t comply. Barely get a 1-3% raise as a “performer” every year. This company is a joke. They don’t actually care about many of the hot issues they claim to, it’s all about positioning themselves to look good. Very politically motivated company

Pros

Great initiatives and benefits, lots of communication platforms (globally). Great diversity and inclusion program. Early Fridays! Friday is from 7AM to 3PM

Cons

Locally, the management can be not so diverse and inclusive and tend to punish women. Some managers have no experience at all and the mistakes they made, they blame them on you. They expect you to spend your whole day there to see that you're committed to your job.

Pros

People not in upper levels all the way down to the manufacturing floor are great to work with. There's some flexibility and the company somewhat fosters diversity.

Cons

Critical thinking is not acceptable. A person got veiled threats of termination after making open remark of Schneider's pretentious Trust Charter being breached; a few weeks later that employee trained a new hire, but little he knew that she would become his replacement as he was fired with no justification at all other than "It's a reorganization, Thank you for your work".
