Smart people, lack of direction from business and upper management.

Fun work, great people. Smart and friendly

Cons

No direction, no project timelines, no concerns from upper management that none of this is there. Everyone’s leaving no one’s getting hired to backfill and nobody seems concerned.

The FedEx leadership (or lack thereof) has ruined the culture and changed the fabric of the company. They have not been able to successfully steer the company or goals for the future. Massive turnover since the acquisition and most people are either looking for a new job or have left.
