Pros

A good number of knowledgeable and nice colleagues who provide pocket spaces of good atmosphere, if one is lucky to stay aside from incompetent and ambitious leaders.

Cons

American management is on the loose, they treat all Eastern Europeans and Latin Americans as second-class people. HR would never take the side of a non-US employee as their aim is NOT to find a just decision but only to cover up any problem. C-level people have openly proclaimed that Eastern Europeans can't manage US employees. Leadership often fakes results with mindless activities and employees are subdued by this goal. It seems like a good place to go if you know a leader who'd pay you a big salary only to support them politically.
