Hiring Experience - Projects and Transparency I was hired with the promise that a project had been signed and that the position was secure. Shortly after being hired, I found out that the project was no longer valid. I felt that the tactics used to sign the contract were misleading. If you find yourself in a similar situation, don't give up. Through negotiations, I managed to obtain at least 5 compensatory salaries. I recommend the company to be more transparent in the recruitment process to avoid such situations.
