A company as a company. There are interesting projects and there are boring ones. There were no problems with wages, vacations, or sick leave.

Cons

It was terribly stressful dealing with all kinds of people who are ready to teach you various theories about building work processes, etc. When the project closed, nothing else was proposed. They thanked me and said (wrote) goodbye.
