      -when they have money flow, they spend generously -friendly atmosphere -usual package of benefits: insurance, MultiSport card, creative work deduction cost

      -when there is no money flow - salary freeze, cuts of stuff and resources -management can be overly positive -way too easy to get promoted, but promotion doesn`t mean you get salary increase
