Pros

- You can find a lot of colleagues which are a pleasure to collaborate with and can learn much from - If your TSL is good enough, he can find you good projects to join

Cons

- It seems a lot of the company's funds are going somewhere, presumably for the war. They were hiring a lot and suddenly there are no more new projects and people are being laid off across the board. - Promotions are not objective any more and depend on the subjective view of the PM, who has no real knowledge of your work.
