SoftServe has built a wonderful culture throughout the years. The company promotes thoughtful opinions, strong contributors and customer-centric outcomes. SoftServe has been able to keep its focus on key technology trends, capabilities and partnerships so that they can pass these benefits on to their customer base.

Cons

Sometimes SoftServe can be so focused on the technology and the implementation of it, they can forget to also focus on less tangible areas - organizational change, strategic ventures, engagement modalities, etc.

Comfortable place to work at, the corporate stuff, as annoying as it is, is quite "nice" and quite non-invasive for the large part. The work-life balance is quite good here.

Cons

Projects often happen to be quite bad most of the time, it takes a while to land a good one. The pay is also quite average
