Pros

I definitely recommend SoftServe as a place to work. Over the years I have worked for the company, I have encountered good management and colleagues. The company also helps with professional development and invests in its employees. If you want to change a project/team/field of activity, there is no need to change your employer, as the company itself offers a wide range of opportunities.

Cons

I don't see any shortcomings that relate specifically to SoftServe, but rather to the outsourcing business in general, such as: limited ability to share details of a specific project/customer; slightly lower salary level; slightly different customer attitude towards staff employees than towards contractors/vendors.
