1. Nice teammates 2. Comfortable office

Cons

1. Poor hr management 2. Incomprehensible salary increase system 3. Overdone structures (offices, project teams, functional teams, centers, units) 4. Unhealthy competition between managers 5. Loyality and connections over skills 6. If you have an issue (like promotion, changing project etc. ) most of the discussions are going on behind your back, very immature approach.

Pros

Good place to grow for juniors. Good career opportunities of you feel right to ignore everyone else in company. A lot of investment into quality employee training. Reliable IT support.

Cons

Culture of making up numbers, reports, and lying marketing videos instead of getting things done. Managers have little understanding of what really happens inside the company. Too much bureacracy and politics at all levels. Comitments are not followed. Failed projects advertised as achievements. Initiatives are regularly declared but are never completed.

A lot of trainings and own academy, positive people, many offices

Cons

Too many reorganisations just because, management can't deal to one approach. Management don't follow values they promote. There is no responsibility for fails.
