No leadership , accountability or direction Move away from client first to revenue first at all costs In the past 2 years, vast majority of internal promotions go to less qualified individuals who hail from 1 particular country. Teamwork and family culture are gone, replaced by internal political to the latest promoted leader in an effort to get pulled along
