Pros

Global company so you get to work with so many people from all over, mostly Europe and Latin America. Lots of resources within the company to source for projects.

Cons

It takes some adjustment to get used to some of the cold calculating that comes out of people from eastern Europe. This is not a warm and friendly bunch. Doesn't value engineering talent and client relationships. Client accounts are arbitrarily re-assigned with no thought for existing relationships to dev team members or their abilities. You are expendable to them. Team members are re-assigned to a project manager, so switching projects means new manager, who may or may not care about you as a person. If they do care about you, then maybe you get someone looking out for your next contract, otherwise...you are on your own.

Pay and Benefits are industry standard

Cons

Management team is anxious, neurotic and micromanaging. Sales is a revolving door with little leadership, with the CEO trying a different flavor every quarter, none of them successful.
