Wonderful, overworked staff. Interesting business that sponsors its own technical university.

Cons

Clueless middle managers. Borderline criminally incompetent senior leadership.

Benefits, projects, salary and bonus

Cons

Too much micromanagement, company seems to not care sometimes about employees work life balance. If needed they find a reason from somewhere even if not true for Layoffs there’s no kinds of problem solve, or solution plan between employees / company. Be careful with remote work police.
