Dynamic, wide scope of duties in your area, cross-functional projects, ambitious goals. in my role, I could be updated with l&D trends in the market and in the world. Young team, with good vibes and spirit, smart people who learn a lot.

Cons

It isn't easy to coordinate your projects and implement them in a collaboration with other functions as they may do the same job .... Departments work as separate organizations with their own budget and goals. Poor company culture in general, often people simply don't care about deadlines and the process.
