job focused, supportive working environment where they want you to feel 100% so you can work 100%

Cons

Office could do with a bit more character in terms of the interior.

Gives you: - the opportunity to develop work skills; - change your position; - motivates to grow and develop; - allows you to change projects; - work for a reliable company; - support in difficult times (war, etc.).

Cons

bureaucracy (this is in all large companies)

As for bureaucracy, thank you for understanding - we are making steps to eliminate it as possible. Regarding expansion, we have pretty ambitious plans, you can see that in the past year we've opened our offices in Latin America and Romania :)

Pros

Lots of room to grow, and salaries are above average for Ukraine.

Cons

Cold leads are very hard to close. Prospects need to have existing relationships with current/former SS employees is key for deals to progress.
