To make sure all the team members receive timely, constructive, and well-structured feedback in 2020 we've launched MidYear and EndYear Reviews, and this initiative has a more than 90% of adoption rate. Additionally, our People Excellence 2.0. career model has launched about a year ago and now covers all delivery organization. In 2020 more than 3200 of our associates had their performance reviews within the People Excellence framework, and Both initiatives aimed to establish a consistent, transparent, and clear process of performance reviews and promotions within the organization.
